I was disappointed when this arrived. The fabric feels really cheap and not at all like what I expected from the photos. I even double-checked my order email and receipt to make sure I bought the right item, but unfortunately it just wasn’t the quality I was hoping for.

I ordered a shirt from lamartina.com, and while it looked nice, the sizing just wasn’t right for me. I figured returning it would be straightforward, but it ended up being one of those situations where you realize how much a smooth return process matters when shopping online.
The instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to email customer service to figure out what was happening. They did eventually reply, but it took a few days, and that waiting around made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be.
I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but it took longer than I expected. For me, the takeaway is that I’d only order again if I was completely sure about the size, because dealing with a return again isn’t something I’d want to repeat.
"Cool concept, just not really for me"
I wanted to like the designs more, but after browsing and trying to picture myself wearing a lot of the pieces, most of them felt a little too loud for my taste. The logo shows up big on a lot of items, and some of the color combinations just didn’t work for me in person. The quality may be totally fine, but style-wise it gave me a slightly dated feel. I did come across a few pieces I liked, just not enough that I’d feel excited to shop there again.

I tried using the site earlier today, or maybe it was last night at this point, and it was frustrating. Pages kept freezing, and when I finally got to checkout, it felt like it wasn’t working right. I’m not even sure if my order almost went through or if the page just got stuck again. Either way, it made the whole process way harder than it needed to be.

"Delivery felt like it took forever"
I ordered from lamartina.com the shipping was frustrating. Just from the way the tracking sat there without really updating, I got the feeling my order was either delayed somewhere or not being treated as a priority. It barely moved for days, and when it finally showed up, it was much later than I expected. The items themselves seem nice enough, but the delivery experience definitely took away from it.

"Feels a bit pricey for what it is"
The stuff is nice and all, but it just feels too expensive for the quality you get. It’s one of those things where this and that look good at first, but the price still seems a bit much.

"Packaging was okay, but I remember expecting a bit more"
I ordered from lamartina.com, and from what I remember, everything showed up fine with no actual damage to the items. So in that sense, it did the job, and I can’t really say there was a serious problem.
That said, I do remember the packaging feeling a little underwhelming for the price. The box had a few dents, and the paper inside looked kind of thrown together. It wasn’t terrible, but based on how it arrived, I expected it to feel a bit more protected and polished.

well... I ordered a polo from La Martina in my usual size, and even after checking the size guide, it showed up fitting way tighter than expected. It felt almost a full size smaller than what I normally wear.
The shirt itself looks nice, so I ended up keeping it because the return process seemed like too much hassle. Still, the fit was disappointing enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Delivery was kinda a mess"
I ordered from lamartina.com and the delivery was kinda unreliable. The tracking barely updated, and the parcel showed up a lot later than I expected. I had to keep chasing for information, and even then the replies were vague. i don’t think I’d order again — it was too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple

I tried to buy two shirts the other day, or maybe it was last week, and both were showing as available until I got to checkout. Then suddenly they were gone. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time. The stock info really doesn’t seem like it’s being updated properly.

I reached out for help and never got a reply. Maybe it was just my gut reaction, but it felt like no one was paying attention or cared to follow up. Not a great experience.
